Dusseldorf, Berlin In the fight for the confidence of investors and auditors, a research report must Eagle Relieve group. As the group announced Tuesday, an international law firm reviewed 800,000 electronic documents, such as emails or calendar entries, and found no evidence of misconduct.

Adler concealed the documents from KPMG’s forensic experts and auditors last year. According to information from Handelsblatt, the law firm now conducting the investigation is the American law firm White & Case.

The review did not result in “any incriminating findings,” Adler said. Adler intends to make the report “of course available” to a future auditor, according to the group, which has been looking for a new auditor for months without success. Apparently, Adler does not want to give any direct information about the original documents. “All data relevant to the audit has already been compiled in a data room,” the group said.
