A huge truck overturned on the A-7 motorway just before Marbella on Tuesday night causing long queues of traffic.
The concrete pump truck overturned in slippery conditions at Cabopino on the A7 Marbella bound motorway at around 7:30pm
The accident occurred just as a large spill of water fell on the Marbella area last night.
The storm also brought hail, with images of Marbella residents on the streets removing ice from their windscreens flooding social media.
The truck driver escaped without serious injury.
But the long queues of traffic that meandered along the A-7 motorway for at least a couple of kilometers lasted for more than an hour as authorities worked through the rain to clear the scene.
