Manchester United are looking to finalize a loan deal for Bayern Munich’s Marcel Sabitzer as the player flies in for a medical.

In the latest football transfer news today, Tuesday 31st January, Bayern Munich’s Marcel Sabitzer is reported to have flown to Manchester. The Austrian midfielder is expected to undergo a medical before his loan to Manchester United.

According to a post on his Twitter profile by respected sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, the deal has already been agreed and is only awaiting final signatures.

United lost their Danish star in midfield Christian Eriksen was injured last weekend. erik tenhag moved on for the versatile Austrian as a direct replacement and the Dane is said to be out until at least April.
